一句话总纲：Markit 没有服务器，收不到你的任何数据。你保存的每一条内容都只存在你自己的设备上。
Markit 使用 Apple 系统提供的本地数据库（SwiftData）把以下内容保存在你的设备本地：
这些数据全部保存在设备本地存储中，我们没有后端服务器，无法访问、也从未访问过这些数据。
Markit 只有在你主动保存一个链接时才会联网：App 会代你访问这个链接，抓取网页的标题和封面图，以便在你的收藏列表里生成预览。
请注意：这意味着你保存的目标网站会收到一次正常的网页请求，能看到你的设备 IP 地址等常规 HTTP 请求信息 —— 这与你直接用浏览器打开这个链接是完全一样的效果，Markit 本身不会额外记录或转发这些信息。
此外，App 首次启动引导阶段会向 captive.apple.com（iOS 系统自身用于检测网络连通性的地址）发送一次不携带任何数据的空请求，目的只是尽早触发系统的蜂窝数据使用授权弹窗，避免你在添加第一条收藏时才被打断。
Markit 会使用系统提供的剪贴板检测接口，判断你的剪贴板里"是否包含一个链接"，以便在你打开 App 时提示是否要保存它。在你主动点击粘贴或保存之前，App 不会读取剪贴板的具体内容。
由于所有数据都存在你的设备本地，删除 Markit 这个 App 即会删除你保存的全部内容。你也可以在设置页使用备份导出/导入功能，把数据导出为文件自行保管，或在更换设备时导入恢复。
当前版本的 Markit 不包含云端同步功能，数据仅保存在本机。未来如果加入 iCloud 同步等功能，我们会在功能上线前更新本政策，并在 App 内明确告知。
Markit 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意识地收集任何儿童的个人信息。
由于 Markit 不会收集、上传或存储任何服务器端个人数据，访问权、更正权、删除权等大多数数据权利在技术上已经通过"数据只存在你本机"这一设计天然满足 —— 删除 App 即完成删除。如果你对本政策或数据处理方式仍有疑问，可以通过下方邮箱联系我们。

In short: Markit has no backend server and cannot receive any of your data. Everything you save lives only on your own device.
Markit uses Apple's on-device database framework (SwiftData) to store the following locally on your device:
All of this data stays in local storage on your device. We do not operate a backend server and have never had access to it.
Markit only makes a network request when you actively save a link: the app fetches that page on your behalf to extract its title and cover image so a preview can be generated in your saved list.
Please note: this means the destination website receives a normal web request and can see your device's IP address and standard HTTP request metadata — the same as if you opened that link directly in a browser. Markit does not additionally log or forward this information.
Separately, on first launch during onboarding, the app sends one empty request (no payload) to captive.apple.com — the endpoint iOS itself uses to detect network connectivity — purely to trigger the system's cellular-data permission prompt early, instead of interrupting you when you save your first link.
Markit uses the system's clipboard-detection API to check whether your clipboard "contains a link," so it can prompt you to save it when you open the app. The app does not read the actual clipboard content until you explicitly paste or save.
Because all data lives only on your device, deleting the Markit app deletes everything you've saved. You can also use the backup export/import feature in Settings to export your data to a file for safekeeping, or restore it when switching devices.
The current version of Markit does not include cloud sync — data stays on-device only. If we add a feature such as iCloud sync in the future, we will update this policy before that feature ships and notify you within the app.
Markit is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because Markit does not collect, upload, or store any personal data on a server, most data rights — access, correction, deletion — are inherently satisfied by the fact that your data never leaves your device: deleting the app completes the deletion.
