Markit 是一个帮你收藏和整理网页链接的工具。你通过本 App 保存的链接指向第三方网站或平台的内容，这些内容的知识产权归属其原始来源所有。本 App 不对第三方内容的准确性、合法性或可用性负责，也不主张对这些内容的任何权利。
你保存的链接、标签等元数据仅存储在你自己的设备本地，我们无法访问，因此也无法代为管理或删除——相关操作请直接在 App 内进行。
本 App 按"现状"和"现有"提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的默示担保。我们不保证 App 不会中断或没有错误，也不保证第三方链接内容始终可访问。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，我们不承担责任，包括但不限于数据丢失。我们建议你使用 App 内的备份导出功能定期保存重要收藏。
你可以随时通过删除本 App 停止使用本服务。如果你违反本条款，我们保留在适用范围内限制或终止相关功能的权利。
我们可能会不时更新本条款。重大变更会更新本页面的生效日期，并在必要时通过 App 内提示告知你。继续使用本 App 即表示你接受更新后的条款。
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则），如另有强制性的当地消费者保护法律优先适用，以该法律为准。

By downloading, installing, or using Markit (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.
Markit is a tool that helps you save and organize links to web content. The links you save through the App point to content on third-party websites or platforms, and the intellectual property in that content belongs to its original source. The App does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content, and claims no rights over it.
The links, tags, and other metadata you save are stored only on your own device — we have no access to them and therefore cannot manage or delete them on your behalf; please use the App directly for such actions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that third-party linked content will always remain accessible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss. We recommend using the App's backup export feature to periodically save important saved items.
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the App. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to limit or terminate related functionality to the extent applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
